In 2026 we are celebrating the 30th anniversary of GCOM. We are planning many special events throughout the year. \u200bI’m happy to announce that we will offer a celebratory lunch buffet during our upcoming Game Days event. Here’s the details.\u200bWhere:<\/strong> Crowne Plaza, Annapolis – in the restaurant
When: <\/strong>11:30 – 1:30 pm Saturday April 11, 2026 
Cost: <\/strong>$25 + tax
What’s on the buffet: <\/strong>Caesar Salad
\nHouse Salad with a Vinaigrette Dressing 
\nHerbed Chicken (gluten free)
\nPasta Marinara (vegetarian)
\nMeatballs
\nRoasted Potatoes
\nRoasted Seasonal Vegetables
\nDinner Rolls
\nChef’s Choice Dessert
\nCoffee, Decaf coffee, Hot Tea, Ice Tea and soda\u200b

If you’d like to attend, there’s no need to sign up in advance. The hotel will accept cash or credit at the restaurant beginning at 11:30. Since the hotel restaurant is public, you are welcome to stop by and have lunch with us even if you can’t attend Game Days. \u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a thank you to our members, GCOM wants to help defray the cost of the buffet. Everyone who is a paid attendee of Game Days on Saturday and pays for the lunch will receive a coupon which can be used in one of the following ways at our registration desk: $10 cash refund
$10 discount on GCOM T shirts\u00a0
Free badge holder (“neck wallet” style)
\u200bA final choice is to receive $5 off your Auction Store purchase on Saturday.\u00a0\u200b

During the lunch, around 12:15, we’ll do some reminiscing about GCOM of old. We’d love to get any stories you have about playing games at GCOM locations or attending EuroQuest, Games Days, etc. Just reply to this email or contact our President Bob Oliver (dr.bob.oliver@icloud.com<\/a>) to share.\u00a0\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Around 1:00 pm we’ll transition to our annual meeting where you can hear the latest news about GCOM and ask questions of the GCOM Board.\u00a0\u00a0\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, those present on Friday at Game Days will be entered into a drawing to win free admission to the buffet lunch. This drawing will take place on Friday April 10 at 5pm, one free buffet will be awarded,\u00a0 and you must be present to win.\u00a0\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n
